Eat Better Feel Better campaign

The Eat Better Feel Better campaign was launched on 8 January 2015 to help Scotland’s families make simple changes to the way they shop, cook and eat.

The new Eat Better Feel Better website provides recipes, tips from parents and healthier offers available from Scotland’s food retailers. The site will also host a series of cook-along videos to provide practical, easy to follow guides to cooking healthier family favourites.  The website will also feature information for families across Scotland on local events and support in their community.

he Eat Better Feel Better roadshows are taking place across the country from 22 January until the end of March. The first two weeks of confirmed dates are now available, additional dates and locations will be confirmed as soon as possible.
