Financial inclusion referral pathway toolkit

The Financial Inclusion Toolkit has been developed by NHS Health Scotland in partnershop to support a national approach to support professionals developing or improving partnership working between early years and money advice services. In order to increase access to financial inclusion services for pregnant women and families with young children a partnership model has been developed between the advice services and the NHS to provide advice on the back of health services the patient has already engaged with, in a setting they are familiar with.  The development of a financial inclusion toolkit is proposed as a method of supporting the development of a national approach for the delivery of financial inclusion services for pregnant women and children with childern and young families in early year's settings in local areas.
