Prenatal classes

Description

The aim of these classes is to give enough information to women to enable them to make informed choices about their pregnancy, labour and aftercare. They are given as little, or as much, information as they want. It is delivered by a midwife or health visitor at booking in (individual session that caters for everyone) or during pregnancy (any time after 26-28 weeks).

Title

Physiotherapy Classes

Description

This class provides a chance for the woman to meet the physiotherapist, to find out how her body is changing and to prepare for labour. The classes cover posture and pelvic floor at 12 weeks and labour and relaxation at 30 weeks.
